Hey Everyone,

I recently became an Accor+Gold member having crossed the 30 night threshold earlier this week. It is my understanding that one of the perks of being Accor+Gold is that you get a free QF Wine Premium membership and voucher you can use towards a future purpose with them. Is that correct? If so, should I wait further or is there something special I need to do to receive it (my QF and Accor accounts are linked).

hi
mine went as well - i phoned and got a polite international operator who followed up for me and sent an email.. long and short its gone
It's gone as in they no longer offer that benefit for Accor+Gold elites?

As far as I know, the premium membership will come.in due course. Can take a few weeks.
I think the voucher was an introductory offer

If the membership does not appear in another week or so .. call Qantas wine (that is what I had to do) and they will resolve it.

Just checked my QF Wine account and it now shows up as being Premium.

Thanks everyone for the assistance.

Out of curiosity, where do you see that? I was looking yesterday to see if it was obvious in my account and I was going to post back but I was presented with a menu option to pay for Premium even though I already am! It‘s possible mine is in flux because I just requalified as PC…

Sign in to your Qantas wine account and click on your name and select View Qantas Wine Account. From there you should see a Premium badge over your name:

Yeah, I did that and maybe I missed the blue box. But it’s definitely there now for me, What threw me was that “Premium Member” drop down menu item on the right.

I didn’t try but I wonder how far you can click through that before it says you’re already “Premium” or does it just go ahead and take your money…?

I never got a voucher after activating the point club subscription thingy even though I had all the boxes ticked on the email subscription. Strange.

However, it now says 'premium membership' like in your screenshot above (thanks for posting)!

But it still wants to charge me for postage. Am I missing something?
