Which Seats?

I know it's already been discussed on the forum but I can't find it.

Which row numbers on a 747-400 sometimes get released to economy pax, which are actually PE seating please?

747-400ER rows 36-39.

You can tell if it's the case, because the seating config will be 2-4-2 whereas the rest of economy is 3-4-3.
