Who do you miss posting...or wonder where they are now?

... his TRs and fashion observations were awesome. Nothing I could (would) ever wear but great to read. As for when he was seeking guidance on what car to purchase, well that was fun.

I'm not sure how to say this tastefully, but this is the sort of thing that is said after someone has gone to 'another place'. Not that we wish that on anyone here.

Some of the users highlighted are quite active on FT (at least their usernames are). Dave Noble and Kiwi Flyer spring to mind...

Kiwi Flyer decided they were active on too many fora so gave himself an ongoing sabbatical from this one as well as a few other I believe.

They now have nearly 65,000 FT posts ...

Actually that is one of the unknowns with a lot of non-posting or viewing members - some may be deceased and we wouldn't know. Depends on how "social" members become - I know over on Flyertalk they have a thread for those that are known to have passed

You're close to that amount if you combine AFF and FT too... Are you active on any others?

eightblack was all things Emirates at one stage but haven't heard from him for a while. His TR's on FT are just brilliant

One that I miss is garyjohn1951, last time he posted was 2011 but he has been viewing AFF as recently as January.

I agree 100% with this. His posts after the Black Saturday fires were so powerful. He does still visit AFF occasionally and does then respond to PMs.

Of the others.I always respected Boss Reggie.A fellow who I feel I would have liked to have met.Unfortunately his arranged functions never fitted in with our travel plans.

And an incomplete list but-
Misha
simongr
shillard
thadocta
ozstamps

And there are a few more but I claim immunity as to prone to Senior moments.

A lot of names gone by the way.
The BA forum on FT at one point lost a number of its established and significant members - and it certainly went downhill for a while. Things were very acrimonious in the AA forum on FT leading to the banning of some and setting up of a new forum.

I started a thread there many years ago.

Never ever again. I would say lowlife morons but that would be way too kind.
