Who fly's domestic legs on their international routes?

Hi Guys.

Sorry if this has been covered before. I am only new to this group and couldn't find any information regarding this.

What airlines fly domestic legs on their international flights?

I know Jetstar fly's BNE to SYD with their 787 dreamliner, but who else fly's domestic legs that we can actually book a seat on?

Thanks for any advice regarding this.

Very few and far between these days.
Plenty of old threads if you use search.

Even Jetstar seems to only run then on the odd occasion

It looks like Jetstar may be the only ones still doing it.
JQ57 & JQ58 to and from Denpasar travels via Brisbane with their 787 Dreamliner.
Depending on what day it is, the service travels between Brisbane - Sydney and Brisbane - Melbourne.
Occasionally they also do a Brisbane - Cairns.

No, you can't. There are other examples of foreign airlines operating domestic legs but they can't sell tickets for the domestic leg only. UA used to have one for MEL-SYD before they introduced the non-stop MEL-LAX flights, for example.

The recently announced PER-LHR route from QF is meant to effectively have a MEL-PER leg, if memory serves me correctly.
