I have both apple ultra watch 2 and the Whoop band. IMO wearing whoop for about 2 months now it has significantly improved my mental health as well as allowed me to track several aspects that Apple Watch does not.
Watch some videos on YouTube if you are keen, but it looks sleek, can barely feel it, and don’t even need to take it off to charge it, you clip a charger onto it instead.
