Why takes so long?

I took Singapore Airlines from Sydney to Singapore last week by using Velocity membership. After a week, still haven't seen the points to be added. Why takes so long? Many airlines can do it very quickly.

So this is not a good and fair program from my perspective. There is no need for me to explain to you why I use points plus pay.

Then there's no need to discuss any further. You gained nothing from your flight but you learned something for next time.

VELOCITY POINTS AND STATUS CREDITS CANNOT BE EARNED ON: Any Singapore Airlines flight where KrisFlyer miles have been used as form of payment irrespective of the fare class flown.
While Singapore Airlines states For mix miles and cash bookings, the number of KrisFlyer miles, Elite miles and PPS Value you earn will be in proportion to the amount that you've paid with your credit/debit card (excluding taxes). If the full amount is paid with KrisFlyer miles, no KrisFlyer miles, Elite miles and PPS Value will be earned.
I think Singapore Airline's policy makes more sense. If passenger pays 90% of the ticket by cash, 10% by miles, if you use Velocity, you will lose the opportunity to accumulate any miles. That is unfair!

Presumably that is the agreement between Singapore Air and Velocity. If SingAir have decided they won't pay Velocity to give you some points, then that's the end of the story.

You need to remember that all these things with partner airlines are based on agreements with each of the airlines.

I'm still confused. The highlighted rule talks about booking using KRISFLYER MILES, not Velocity...I think you are saying you did points plus pay with Velocity points? Anyway, as mentioned, it is Singapore Airlines policy not to offer velocity points when Krisflyer miles have been used as part payment.

Going in via VFF as I mentioned using P + P also will get it out no points or SC.
Ticking box to use P + P also no points, ...
You must use P + P at last final booking stage to get points and SC under VA booking.
But more into needed to get our help.
