This is interesting reading that I'll need to come back to after a skim, sounds like DIAM is the winner.

Had an interesting tasting courtesy of Cam of Giaconda 20 years old under screwcap vs cork, I wouldn't say there was a clear winner from memory, both were markedly different wines. Screw cap retained the initial Gia character but the cork did not - maybe leading credence to the terroir claim, given Rick's signature to me is winemaking.
