I never used it anyway since I wasn't going to be forced to store my bank card details with Woolworths. So now it looks like Everyday Pay is not making a come back.

They'd only store a token, not card number, just like Google or Apple Pay.I never used it anyway since I wasn't going to be forced to store my bank card details with Woolworths.
Completely agree. I assume the technical or PR risk must have been massive, or user base small, to justify shutting it down.Imo it was ultra convenient the everyday Pay. I won't be using gift cards now by punching in the amount left, that's so 2023.
Didn't it get hacked a couple of weeks ago?Completely agree. I assume the technical or PR risk must have been massive, or user base small, to justify shutting it down.
Think it was a phishing scam, so not really hacked.Didn't it get hacked a couple of weeks ago?

These cards are from the same company that produces the popular Coles Mastercards so they should work at all the same places (e.g. payments to the ATO). For each $500 card you buy, you're essentially paying $7.95 (the purchase fee) to earn 2,500 Qantas points or $25 worth of Everyday Rewards Dollars.
- Limit of five $50 or $100 cards per day (multiple transactions allowed).
- Limit of two $25-500 variable load cards per day (one transaction per day).
- Gift card purchase fees apply ($5.95-7.95).
0.32c/p ain't bad if you have somewhere to empty the cards! From Wed 5 Jun 2024:

It's actually getting down to credit card churn levels, which is fairly incredible for a gift card offer.0.32c/p ain't bad if you have somewhere to empty the cards!

Same this morning except the self serve attendant refused to allow me to buy them and directed me to the regular staffed checkouts.Plenty of these at my local Woolies today. And no issue buying 2x $500 in one transaction.
