Just what the doctor ordered. This promotion has helped me to $100 Woolworths Rewards for the December quarter. So the 8700 QFF points is more than we used to earn in a year............and we have also picked up cash from Flybuys having learned of the benefits of combining offers. Now I'm glad WOW changed the rewards scheme but the first attempt was a real fizzer.

Seems it's on again: Christmas offer for 4 days (Thursday (13/12) until Sunday (16/12)):

5x points for $100+ purchases
3x points for $50+ purchases

I saw this is my account when I fixing my redemption setting that had unexplicably changed to QFF points again. I also recevied the email.

Yesterday I had to buy 31 $100 Visa cards at Woolies so I paid with Amex Platinum Edge and scanned my everyday rewards card as they did them in batches of ten. I may have qualified for some nice rewards just for doing a work thing.

Sounds like a rewarding outing. Was it ten times more rewarding than your normal work tasks?

I was going to tell our customer to go and buy them rather than us but with a phone call to our local Woolies they said they could process 31 $100 cards in 5 to 10 minutes. I was lucky that my assistant manager acquaintance was there and handled it for me.
She was impressed that I had used everyday rewards for a Qantas First Class Flight the day before.
My Amex Platinum Edge has been given a big workout this month so plenty of Kris Miles being earned too.
Some cruel AFFers think I keep working purely for the frequent flyer points and miles.
We air bagged those cards to the customer yesterday so they will have them today.
Low level tasks like this are fine when I am getting over jet lag.

I've just started ordering my groceries online and then picking up at my local WW.

They screwed up the order yesterday and forgot to give me one of my bags. So when I went back to pick up the missing bag the CS person scanned my WR card and gave me 1000 points. I thought that was quite nice for an apology!

Get used to this. It happens regularly. I gave up in the end.
lol I guess I'll just have to stand there and check everything is in the order.

Good news is she gave me $20 WOW credit so I got 1,740 QF points for the hassle.
