So does that mean we need to transfer our points to some FF program every month, to prevent the bank from changing their minds?
If you are have the option of converting ezyreward points to QFF point, I would do so whenever you attain the minimum. There's changes in the wind with that program ... :-|

Regarding getting ponts for business transactions... why don't you just get a business credit/charge card with rewards? The bank can't possibly complain about you earning points off business transactions then. Eliminates the risk. Some of them even have features like breaking out the GST component of transactions for you

Which business cards offer an unlimited rewards program?

I know the Amex business cards do. The only capping is the Platinum Business Card, which gives 1.5 QFF points per dollar spent for the first $250,000, and then 1 point per dollar there after. But there's no level at which you no longer earn points. The Green and Gold cards give 1 point per dollar with no caps.

They have lots of other features, like no preset spending limit, GST breakdowns, and a Business Support Line (with business and I think legal advice)

I haven't looked into any others
