I've done that from time to time. The way to fix it, is if you haven't tried to do the current day's game is to change the time zone setting on your phone to Honolulu where is usually still the day before - check the day/time on your phone to make sure. You can then do the previous day's game, reset your time zone and then back to them current day's game.
