Just logged in to one of my accounts.
  • "Woolworths points earned" total empty
  • "Earned since joining" total empty
  • Activity statement empty
6000 points from the recent 3 week 30/40/50 should have posted but nothing.

Did live help chat and they see the same thing. Seems a technical error is at play.

Logged into my other account.

  • "Woolworths points earned" total filled
  • "Earned since joining" total filled
  • Activity statement empty

Anyone else experiencing this?

According to live chat, the card is faulty. I don't understand how a barcode is faulty, more like their system is broken. So unwittingly, I've missed out on thousands of points over the last 2 months.
They can't even see any past activity on my account. Their only response was that they'd send me another card. Very poor.
WWR is a third rate Flybuys.

Mrs lime is constantly calling Woolies re missing points, their system has been broken for some time so call them.

Just logged in to my account, same thing happened. Every thing is gone, no point earned, no activities.

Fixed this morning without any intervention, but points earned are not correct.

They got back to me and asked for an old receipt, luckily I still have all of them from the promotion period. I've been told I have to wait 14 days as they are doing an investigation.

Apparently Mrs AS has two accounts. Been getting emails into one address, activating but scanning the other account card. No idea how this happened. The other card doesn't exist as far as I'm aware.

Ugh, so one account needs to be cancelled. Exceedingly annoying.
