Yes you'll get it 2-3 weeks after your first stay. It's a bit of flimsy plastic thinner than a credit cardCorrect. I received email stating that the new card should arrive within 2 weeks after my first stay.

Sorry if this is a stupid question but I have tried the link and it says my email is not valid.
I can't find where to submit a request to upgrade through Customer Support, under Claims and Questions.
I'd appreciate any assistance you coudl give me

Not sure about what you are referring to here. My previous post probably should have read 'I've received email after my last stay at Mercure confirming my postal address and stating that the platinum card should arrive within 2 weeks after my stay'I have to stay to get the card, oh I’m not interested then
