Your favourite photos taken of/from a plane?

My final encounter with the Queen. HKG to SYD back in September 2018.

Still gutted I missed the farewell flights being locked down for an eternity in Melbourne!
Always a soft spot for the Queen - I managed to error out on the last revenue flight; by the time I got back in a few minutes later, it was sold out!
Coincidentally, 3 days before VH-OEJ made her last voyage, I managed to catch sight of her resting.

Still one of my fav' shots that I have taken when I lived in Gibraltar....happy times. As the 737 rotates across the road for vehicles and pedestrians linking Gibraltar with Spain a few metres down the road.

Last QF 747 for me was March, 2020. Yes - that March. The borders were shut but hotel quarantine hadn't started yet. I had to re-jig the last few legs of my trip to fly back from HND direct to SYD.
Qantas kindly supplied VH-OEH Hervey Bay. (From the JAL lounge, pardon the quality)

Mighty comforting to see the tape keeping up the integrity!

As we touched down in Sydney, I noticed something on the floor moving out of the corner of my eye...
When they say your life jacket is under your seat, they really meant it!

Wasn't aware that Aeroflot was still in existence. This was taken early January 2025 at BKK AP.

Very much in existence! These are their birds currently active around the place.
Flights here going to/from Thailand, Maldives, Egypt, Turkey, UAE, Qatar, some of the 'Stans and obviously China.
