NZ2 AKL-JFK on approach to landing (absolutely lucked out on this sector - only around 6 people in the entire rear cabin of Y on the Dreamliner so had the exit row for meals/entertainment and next row back for sleep...cabin crew also came around mid-meal for 2nd and 3rd servings of the mains as there were plenty of excess meals)
