Located at the north eastern end of the complex, the Holiday Inn Brisbane features 191 guest rooms, two food and beverage outlets, extensive conference facilities, business centre and gymnasium.

The hotel will be offered as a vacant possession.

The 100 per cent interest in Brisbane Transit Centre is being offered to the market via an Expressions of Interest campaign closing on October 20.

Wonder if this will mean the end of the Holiday Inn in Brisbane????

I hope not. I've stayed here a few times. The location is pretty handy. The hotel is quite good but the rooms could do with an upgrade (which is apparently in progress).

Funny you should mention the upgrade, the top 4 floors look empty when I just went past it. Hope it stays, it's handy for free points!

When we stayed there a few weeks ago the message was that the whole hotel was having a refurb and to be completed by the end of Nov this year.
