20 years - A Pictorial Celebration!

Doesn't time fly! Next week marks our 20th year of marriage (28 as a couple) ... we're going to celebrate - in style!

I normally do TR's after the event - I'll attempt to do this one on the run using my new toy (iphone6) so it will be heavy on photos with minimal or no text. Our itinerary is detailed below to assist matching the image to the experience.

Mr Timtammi surprised me with a dinner booking at Caprice on one of our trips to Hkg on business. It was fantastic although I must say I don't remember the cab ride back to the Langham afterwards, too much good food and wine! The bar attached to the restaurant is a must too, great views, lovely ambience and killer coughtails. Highly recommend a pre dinner drink there.

Unfortunately we are not anywhere near as organised as you amaroo so I've subscribed and will be watching with envy

As suspected (and counting on) CX has opened up and J award seats are awash at the last minute. CX100 (my favourite) is available - I've just made the call to QFF and the changes are done.

When I made the booking months ago, no direct flights to HKG or back were available - hence the pitstop in SIN. I was always counting on CX seats being released at the last minute .... like they always are!

We still need to come back via SIN as nothing is available and once we start the trip ... no more changes.

Therefore, we will no longer be flying to SIN on BA16 or stay one night at the Grand Hyatt or need that extra flight on CX690 to HKG. A refund of 122,000 QFFP & $160 has already landed in the account

An extra day in HKG and the Four Seasons + 122,000 points back in the kitty - you beauty!

I'm a huge fan of FS HKG. Have been staying here since 2007 - quite a few times since. Do yourself a favour and stay here .... make sure you get a room with Exec Club access - exceptional!

Yum yum yum Can't wait! Congratulations Amaroo. I was away for work for our 40th (does that give an inkling of my mature years? Oh I was a child bride of course!) so no wonderful holiday, though the Galapagos and MP was the year before for a milestone b'day and the Arctic for Mr L_t_L's milestone (that was awesome on Silversea).
Looking forward to lots of pics and tell me how is the iPhone 6 - I am collecting one next week?
