JAL Status Credits

Hi there,
A question please about JAL Domestic flights - How many SC and FFP's would you earn on HND (Tokyo Haneda) to ITM (Osaka Itami) in J class as well as First Class? Can seem to work it out on the Qantas site.

You can’t work it out on the Qantas site as Qantas does not operate the route. The calculator only works for Qantas flights. I can tell you though that HND-ITM in J would earn 40SC and in F would earn 60SC.

The distance is 251 miles, so I’m not quite sure how many FFP’s you’d earn, but at least 251 I would think.

Can confirm F earns 251 pts / 60 SCs
And I definitely recommend the F experience, particularly for a Dinner flight.

I did ITM to NRT flight in May 2010.

Plane was a 737 with NO F - only J and Y. Only a snack serve (cake & tea) and it was the same for both J & Y

The following is an extract from my QF FF Activity Statement confirming 40 status credit.

Date: 24 MAY 10
Description: JL 3006 BUSINESS 16MAY10 OSAKA/TOKYO (NARITA)
Base points: 288
Cabin bnonus: 29
Total points: 317
Status credit: 40

Have done HND-ITM in May 2008 and status credit was the same.

Cannot recall aircraft or service especially as I would have been tired after arriving that morning on QF21 from SYD, taken the limo bus from Narita to Haneda, with another bus journey of 60 minutes after arriving at ITM before reaching the Crowne Plaza Kobe
