Acronyms on JQ Boarding Passes

Re: BP Codes and what they stand for

I've always wondered what the "Seq" number on QF BP's was?

Most airlines have sequence numbers on the BP - and it is the order that you have checked in.

One CIA mentioned it to me, and was rather surprised when I told her I was aiming for the SEQ NBR of 1!

After yesterday's AFF day out and mass onslaught into the VA lounge:

I usually try to check in at T-24 to try to lock in the seat I want and can usually get sequence 1, however sometimes I'm only around 6 - I think this must be due to connecting passengers who've been able to check in earlier overseas?

CAJA - Confirmed Anti Jetstar Activist - to be treated to the worst experience possible
SUGL - Self Up Grading Lass/Lad
FJFL - Flys Jetstar 4 First Lounge
BWFL - BYOd Water from First Lounge

OASR - On A Status Run (laugh at my routing if you want)
QFWP (on Virgin) - Status-matched passenger
TPWR - This Passenger Will Recline
IDDC - I Don't Do Curry

Had seq 1 and seat 1A on Saturday :)

Re: BP Codes and what they stand for

Did you OLCI at T-23:59?

Tripit prompts me to check in at T-24-ish, so I think my Seq nos are getting lower.

Yeah I've had it when I've done OLCI the day before. I then got my BP reprinted on cardboard stock at the J lounge desk :)

QF704 (9:55am departure) is always an easy one to OLCI for as at T-24 I'd typically be at my desk drinking a coffee and going through the morning emails.

Re: BP Codes and what they stand for

I'm more likely to have a high SEQ number.

Here's one from when 1A was unserviceable.

I remember seeing that photo. I was going to ask you why you weren't in 1A - I knew there'd be a good reason :)

That's why I took the photo... It was very unusual.

Re: BP Codes and what they stand for

Do your BPs have any 4 letter codes that us mere PS/SG/WP may not see?

Maybe CCOD: Caviar and champagne on demand?

CLPO

I think it stands for "Can't live past One" As in I can't be seated further back than row one:shock:
