Yes, had tried to insert .com.jp. The chrome translation is somewhat non existent past the dates.

It can be booked on www.expedia.co.jp you can choose English top right of the screen.

Just booked MEL-SYD return for about $80 Plus $13 CC fee. Same flights on Jetstar site cost $150 plus CC fee.

Yep, Perth to MEL is $80 cheaper also. To bad I refuse to fly them on principle. :)
Are the taxes perhaps cheaper ??

Are you sure, i put in PER-MEL for 1 July on Jetstar.co.jp and it just defaults to the Aus site and gives the same price as booking it on jetstar.com???

I put in PER-MEL on expedia.co.jp and it only offers me QF flights???

Wow, just did dummy booking MEL-MCY-MEL for Nov. It's $187 cheaper for same flights.

I just helped save someone about 50% of their fare for next week....Anzac Day too with most flights outrageously priced.
If you want to see the flights in AUD the use the skyscanner.net site and Change the country to Japan and then, after it refreshes, change again to AUD and it will do an approximate conversion from Yen.
Many of these prices are much better than price matching against Tiger and it saves the hassle of the phone call to Jetstar too.

I just am not able to make this site work. If I make it Japan it comes up in Japanese and the translation is useless. Chrome just keeps loading the au site.

Any one know if these JQ flights can be made into QF status points earner??.

Cant seem to findy anything for HNL in jan, although 2 return MEL - HBA in jan comes to $170 compared to $360 on JQ.

I just tried it using Chrome and had no problems.
When you change the country to Japan, yes, it comes up in Japanese as you'd expect.
That's why you have to go back into "Change" (written in Japanese script but you can work out where to click as it's in the same place as before and now shows JPY and the yen sign). Press on the "Apply" button as before (but, yes, it's also in Japanese). I don't think that it's hard to figure it out.

The advantage of this over Expedia is that it shows in AUD so can be easily compared with Jetstar.com.au.
