Seeing I have already paid for my flights (and paid for the other 5 travelling with us - but that's another story) any suggestions on what to see and do in Adelaide using my bottle/can money?
Arriving Friday evening, have all of Saturday free, wedding on the Sunday at Glen Ewin Estate, most of Monday free, 5pm return flight.

When I was in AUH & he was in NYC, hvr mentioned that he was given a NY Rangers rally towel during the NHL playoff series. He thought of me.

After a game yesterday, I went to the post office & had this waiting for me.

There's a beer with your name on it the next time I see you, hvr!

Organise a Saturday night AFF bash ;)

If it was here in the Hunter Valley Vineyards - no problem. (organisation is my middle name, and I was the marketing co-ordinator for Hunter Valley Wine Country Tourism, so I know some locations.)

I have not been to Adelaide since I was four and that was a looooooooooooong time ago. Hence the question - any suggestions - including wineries.
Now if Buzzard wants to organise the bash, I would attend. - Saturday 17th January 2015

Set up an AFF Hunter Valley wine excursion and I would come along (assuming I'm in the country) :)

Had a liver Fibroscan today.

The nurse was quite funny. She said I had to wait until I saw the doctor to get the results. I said can't you give me an indication. She said not allowed because she is not allowed. Anyone once the scan was over she said my reading was 4.9 (range of 4-7 is perfectly normal) and to cut a long story short my liver is quite OK but not out of the woods just yet.

I'm pulling an allnighter tonight (Neurologists orders) to do a sleep-deprived EEG in the morning... and expect I'll get a similar response if I ask about results. Have to wait till Thursday (and spend even more money) to get the results. So here I sit, sleepy beyond belief but I need to stay awake so I can sleep during the test ;)

Good to hear John
