OMG. When I was about 15 years young, I remember saying to my Father that Champagne was white wine through a soda stream. That was after my first taste of the bubbly nectar. How wrong I was, not that I knew it at the time. It is just "amaze-balls" that someone has actually done that, and then to boot, has treated it like Magners and poured it over ice. OMG, OMG, can I say that again, OMG.

I don't recall having tried the 2009 but a friend in England has poured a couple of bottles from this house on occasion. My memory is frail on this one. The best I can do is "acceptable but not memorable".
Pop the cork and enjoy!
