Sounds a cop out by the company (and by association QF). Thanks for the detailed response - looks like it's a dodgy deal. Pity because the ePostcard concept (order online and we print and deliver) is a great idea.

like I say, overall the hard product I don't have an issue with, its the way I've been dealt with. the wishy washy response is poor.

My mother announced today that not one but 3 cards arrived today. ( the same card x3) postmarked May 2015!!!!

Sorry to bump an old thread - but I sent a postcard (to Perth) using the AusPost app in early December 2014. Arrived 2 weeks ago.
