Does any know where or how to claim missing bonus points from a purchase of fuel at BP.The base points have come through but not the bonus points.I have waited the obligitary 5 weeks and no show,I can not find BP listed
in the missing points section.
Thanks
Terry.

This was back in October, purchase any amount of fuel to receive 150 Bonus Points.

I got my bonus BP points from the latest offer, but had success claiming points from another offer a year or 2 ago that wasn't on the list by emailing the velocity frequent flyer email address. From memory I think they took about a week to reply & credit the points. If you send them a copy of your fuel receipt with the email they should credit it fairly quickly.

If that's the same one I'm thinking of, it finished on 2 November. So the required 5 weeks would be next Monday, 7 December.

If they don't post by then I would suggest following this advice.

Still never received any bonus points, have found the e-mail with the offer and T&C's.Very disappointed once again with Velocity not delivering on product, this is not the first time this has happened, makes it hard to support and recommend them.Looks like if you are a lowly Red you are insignificant.:(

I am also waiting for the double/triple points from 2 Nov. Being Red is not the issue but rather the Velocity/BP deal.

This will be the last time I bother with the BP offers. I have noticed that the local BP prices are always more expensive than other Servó's.

It's just not worth it

Also haven't received my bonus points from this offer (the previous one credited properly). I do plan on calling tomorrow as I can't be asked today but I will have nothing to do tomorrow.

Just got off the phone with VFF. The issue had already been escalated to management and promised that points will post tomorrow 10 December.

Thanks for that. I must remember to check tomorrow

I don't know if there's another email address you can send it to, but this is the one I emailed my claim to (re previous message in this thread) and they replied/credited within a week

Great thanks, I'll wait for their response.

Did you receive your points ?

Nope. You?

When I rang again today they were having system issues and couldn't look up any account details. Will try Monday.

Nothing here either. Hopefully next week

I've just received some from a purchase made 6 weeks ago. Imagine if you had to retro claim every fill? Some people would have 5-6 retros on the go at any time.

I've just followed up again. The background team is advising by the end of the week. VFF are blaming BP for a delay in transferring the required information. I call bull excrement. However I will keep chasing as I currently have the time to do so.
