Vinomofo Wine Deals

I'm curious who got the email for the 99 minute sale? According to the email "...You have been specially selected to receive this offer and it is non-transferable."

I certainly wasn't selected! Anything good on offer?

Is this it? https://www.cellartracker.com/list....=W2210947_1_K379ff1217cab7383269134c751033e97 If so, previous vintages don't seem to have been rated very highly by CT users.

Thanks yet again AC. Your relentless stream of useful information is saving me a fortune! (Sadly though ... my cellar quickly running dry!) ;)

Haven't purchased anything off the mof_ for quite a while and thought this could be good, only 1 wine of interest and no difference in price, so not sure what the... 'Forthe next 99 minutes we are having an extra-special sale' and reduced prices is about but feeling underwhelmed.

The Star Lane merlot's $1/bottle cheaper, as is the Avoca Back Block, and I'm pretty sure the St Peters was $58/bot last time. The Helen and Joey Cab Merlot's also $1/bot cheaper. So you're saving $6-12 depending on whether it's a 6-pack or 12-pack

Not wishing to sound negative but - The St Peters on Vinomofo website is $57, so price open to anyone and assuming it was $58 a $1 discount is hardly breathtaking.

Anyone else jump onboard the Marchand & Burch Nuits St Georges 2010 at $40/bottle? Seemed like a no brainer buy for me.

Especially when it is $55.00pb on the TWE Cellardoor.co site and free freight on a 6-pack.

And -$3 or +$3 compared to last free freight offer (assuming single case purchase).

I didn't get the specially selected offer! But I did get the VIM email the day before.

I haven't brought from the good folk at the Fo in a while now (November, I think). I must be on the black-black list! (I'm already on the blacklist for contributing to this forum, as they worked out who I was in September last year!!). Oh well. Looks like I haven't missed out on too much.

I am tempted too by the Burgundy Pinot. And also the Forest Hill Riesling on the VIM deals. But alas, they have come at a time when the wine budget was spent for the month.

Assuming that what you're interested in, was actually available, during a free freight offer. $1/bot doesn't sound like much, but if their profit margin is $4/bottle, then they just gave up 25% of their project on each of these cases.
