I've got a fairly minor problem with my Le Club account, my name is spelt incorrectly.
But I'm having serious trouble getting in touch with them to sort it out.
So far, from the Contact Us page (which seems to keep changing number) I've tried calling:
  • 02 8023 8583
  • 02 8023 8787
  • 02 8278 4189
Usually I get a phone menu, then put on hold, then disconnected without ever speaking to anyone. Once I got someone who took all the details down and then told me they couldn't help and gave me another number to try. Then someone claimed technical problems and that she would email me. That hasn't happened either. I've also tried their "Contact Us" web form without success, though I'm not sure how long I should wait for a response from that. 5 days, 30 days?
I would have thought this would be pretty simple. Does anyone have any tips for getting in touch with someone who can actually help with something like this?

I've had a few issues over the years with getting the correct points/status credited to my account. I've used the following email address, generally with good response times - [email protected]

Thanks for the suggestion. I've sent them an email and they got back to me fairly quickly asking for more information. Haven't sorted it out yet, but it at least feels like there might be progress this time.
