I haven't bought tried an Abbotts Prayer in many years and the Penfolds 407 I bought the first two vintages (1990/91 $15PB) plus a few 1996 and 1998 ($16 and$20pb). I've tried them and some other vintages, young and aged, there was only one that I actually enjoyed drinking, the 1998 with a few years on it I think. Not ever my preferred style of Cabernet and $100 is a ridiculous asking price for it, even the under $60 price.

Unfortunately 2016 is way too early to drink, this can potentially cellar for up to 30 years.

I won't be opening for a long time.
