I received that email too, which was useful for anyone who had missed out on the directed offer. I am Silver, so going for Gold.

My first booking was the new Movenpick in Hobart. I then had two nights booked in Melbourne which I had to cancel today. I have asked if the seven nights in hotel quarantine count? There is no mention of who has to pay for the room, just whose head is on the pillow!

Just to confirm, you are an Accor Plus member? Maybe try to dig up any marketing emails where they mention the Fast Track and follow the link/s they've sent directly.

yep, for last 3yrs through amex platinum

after a 3 night stay, I have 10 nights added under "fast track"
so 13 so far now
