Being one and done as far as BBQ goes for the FT do, I went the nuclear MEAT option.
Clockwise from the top:
-Brisket
-Pork Belly
-Pork Ribs
-Chicken

The chicken was best, followed by the Ribs.

For future such BBQs I'd ask for the for the sauce on the side, as while it all pretty good; mostly it tasted the same. As for the sides, they were delicious.

Akureyri and surrounds, Iceland. A successful day finding some humpback and minke whales, grass houses... a nice Icelandic horse ride through the mountains, a steamy hot grotto and a decent little waterfall. Long day!
