Hey, in post 2 you seemed to have missed my class of travel details 'SIN arrival Flight/Time', I am in Y and thought this should be mentioned For the record this is my first international flight in Y since 1978 or 1979

Is anyone hanging out in KL the day prior?

I am flying into KUL on 9 Jun (evening arrival) so will be around on the 10 Jun. There is some talk about about a dinner catch up but nothing has been formalised.

I am around all day Saturday 10th - will be happy to catch up for a meal/drink/gasbag. (Staying in Chow Kit but have brushed the cobwebs off my Grab App.)

(Also, for 10% discount on KLIA Espres, their app works well these days.)

Old, very old I have also perpetuated the cycle. Mrs&MissM seem to think all aircraft are only 4 seats wide be it narrow/wide body

That’s great. Btw, if you haven’t bought your klia express, it would be cheaper for us to share a car ride into the city. I’m spending a couple of days in KL after our lounge run.

I have had a suggestion for Saturday Evening being "Petaling Street". We could meet, say at the Hilton, and make our way there after 7pm.

There's an entire street of hawker stuff. In the evenings, the street closes and it's all local eateries. Plenty of options. Petaling Street.

It sound good and will play it by ear as a friend of mine and I are trying to work out if we will get the opportunity to catch up. Isn't Petaling Street also were the knock-off market is? From memory in 2019 we went to Jalan Alor (Alor Street) night market.

If it where I am thinking it is, there are parts that are under cover or at least I think it is, it has been a few years since I was there.
