I'd recommend PDL, by the way. Maybe I should do a trip report – visited in 2012 at a time when even Lonely Planet had next to nothing to say about the Azores. That was before Ryan Air sold cheap seats and the rise in tourism we see there today.Reading the United expansion, it is even more interesting that they will start EWR-GOH (Nuuk, Greenland) on 737. I think that is even more exciting than flying to PDL:
