That would 50% to 70% SCs but I can make that work for my QF WP retention. None of that silly 50% of your flying “must be with me” silliness.

I see that QF now has a big fare sale on to the Americas just as their annual DSC promotion ends. I’m not sure who is responsible for marketing at QF but this is clearly a case of the left hand not talking to the right hand. Who mistimes promotions like these? Evidently someone who won’t be working with QF for long!

What makes you think that the timing of all these wasn't fully planned?

Not sure if you are being facetious, but from QF's point of view, its all very well timed.

There was a sale first, in February. Draw out a bunch of bookings. THEN a DSC, with increased prices - oh! got to have some of those - make more, more expensive bookings. Then, another sale to the - I'm in the mood, in I go.

Frankly, I'd expect anyone who timed promotions to coincide the way you're suggesting they should wouldn't be working at QF for long.

My first booking under this promo is not for flying for a while yet. Hopefully by then the DSCs are posting promptly.

Might be a Fight Club question, not sure what to say here. I had a set of flights that I hoped would accrue DSCs due to the Feb 2024 promotion. Has anyone else attempted to fly post the cutoff date and DSCs came through?
I don't know if perhaps due to flying in the middle of the latest promotion affected it, or because I was perhaps stretching a friendship, so to say.
