In Sydney you'll be allowed 1 guest
In Singapore you'll be allowed 1 guest into the gold lounge but you yourself can access the silver (which is better than gold ) lounge as you're flying J.

SIN T3 Krisflyer Gold lounge for next 3 hours or so. Can guest 1.

Last alcoholic drink last night. Next alcoholic drink in 76 days but I'm not counting.

Anyone in SIN tomorrow after 1pm or Wednesday morning? Unfortunately cannot guest as are in J and only KF Silver, but would love to meet any AFF'er if schedules align

What a bugger ILTO as I am in SIN tonight but dep on 217 at 11:00 morrow morn.

Having sad that I can guest 1 pax ini SKL J morrow morn if wanted?

Crikey! You are crazy enough when off the turps I would hate to see what you are like with a couple ‘ice creams’ under the belt 🥃🍻🍹 🤣
I think I'm more relaxed.

Now 55 days without alcohol and another 20 days before next alcoholic drink in BNE QF lounge.

Seriously I think I've done great. From alleged alcoholic to someone in control.

Call me "sensitive" if you will! (I am a black Indian-Australian!) - but you are not gonna change my mind!

6:00 am - barista opens
- A white lady is ordering coffee, I am waiting behind her - I am huge and black - literally unmissable!
- She waves over a friend and he gets a coffee
- Another white man comes and parks himself on the bar trying to catch the barista's eyes. He is standing at an angle from her. I am standing directly in front of her! (you know where this is going.... :D)
- Barista (chinese) finishes with the lady and her friend and then turns to the white man and asks him "what can get you Sir?"
- The white man, good on him, gestures to me to indicate have been waiting before him
- She takes both our orders
- Proceeds to make the white man's order first!

Overall, I must have been standing there for 15 minutes.

I thanked her, but didn't take the coffee but asked her if the reason for me having to wait for 15 minutes and still someone else to get the coffee before me was "operational" or "racism"? She gave me some bullshit response.

Maybe. I am a solid object and get overlooked all the time. I am white. I sympathise if it was deliberate and it does not help how you feel. FTR I always defer to whoever is ahead of me and staunchly defend when someone thinks they rate higher on the totem.
