When I was at the Sebel Pelican Waters the number of times I had to ring the golf club to remind them drones were not allowed within 5 miles of Caloundra airport…..WCMO now is QLD school holidays. drinks on the patio now has the stereo effect of pubescent males gunning their tinnies up and down the canal supplemented by the noise from above of the drones.
WDCMO is that we leave Australia in 48 hours and miss the rest of the pantomime.WCMO if that every 3 years we are subjected to a couple of middle aged men criss crossing the country for 5 weeks essentially just engaging in cosplay.
I would see that as a bit of a plus. When I was at the Sebel Pelican Waters the number of times I had to ring the golf club to remind them drones were not allowed within 5 miles of Caloundra airport…..
Just wait until next week, you'll have NSW joining in.WCMO now is QLD school holidays. drinks on the patio now has the stereo effect of pubescent males gunning their tinnies up and down the canal supplemented by the noise from above of the drones.

Universities also have their mid-semester break (one week) starting on 21 April, i.e. first week of school Term 2; also second week of vacation for our southern guests and ANZAC day forms a long weekend this year.
Do they do half time shows during run of the mill association football match half-times?I'm currently watching the soccer, Matildas v Sth Korea on Paramount +
It's half time and there is basically a card on the screen saying 'Commercial in Progress'. No sound.
Why? Surely there should be benefit in watching it on a pay platform such as seeing the half time show?
Yes. I watched it on channel 10 last night.Do they do half time shows during run of the mill association football match half-times?
Maybe the screening rights of Paramount+ only extend to the game itself; everything else is off limits.Only guessing now, but given how everything is so deconstructed and charged these days, it wouldn't surprise me.
Would these soccer matches be live available on a free to air channel? If not, it would really reinforce how much leverage the organisers have against broadcasters in terms of what and who has the rights to show what content.
Ahh thank you. I had looked to come over later this week but prices were crazy. Now I know why.And everyone piling in to Adelaide this week for Gather Round and the weather is going to be sunny and warm. And we are leaving it all. Should have put this place up for rent. Would have paid for the holiday.
You’ll be okay in a couple of years. The Tasmanians say they want to pinch the Gather Round once the Devils are up and running.Ahh thank you. I had looked to come over later this week but prices were crazy. Now I know why.
