Surely not after the huge backlash and backflips after the last time they did it
I guess the big difference at the moment, is the poorer results from the company, was clear at the half year results that changes are on the way with a lot of cost being pulled out.

I hope they are not abandoning the whole product. However, I do note, that point offers prior to the extra program certainly had been more generous. I was racking up 100k QFF points prior to extra per year, now with the 10% program, it’s been 30-40k points. Those extra points that have been thrown about prior to the extra program have clearly been reinvested back into the 10%.

It’s a tough one. More QFF points or a 10% off. I preferred the higher points balance but each to their own.
