What the whole SFO-v-LAX thing really comes down to is that both are a mere 5 - 5.5 hours flying time from NYC, which is the only genuinely exciting town on the entire North American continent.
Only got weekends in LA so don't think I've got much time for SCruns... I will book one of those YUP fares though, seeing as they're so cheap on the SFO-LAX sector. Need the 170 SCs to get PG and unfortunately might be going over on V Australia...

I have 3 brothers, and all profess to live in the best city in the world without fail. One is a pilot based out of SIN, the other is a surgeon out of FRA, and the last is a (retired) banker out of HKG. By chance, are you a banker? Just curious. What the whole SFO-v-LAX thing really comes down to is that both are a mere 5 - 5.5 hours flying time from NYC, which is the only genuinely exciting town on the entire North American continent.

I'm spending a month there in April/May. Looking forward to the work of course, but a month in SF - ugh. They don't even have a Dolce & Gabbana (re-sellers don't count)! Though at least the Saks there is decent. Oh well, weekends in LA to tide me over...![]()
This is the first time I've laughed out aloud on this forum. Sir, you have classic wit. I applaud you....As for 'attitude', the Real Housewives of New York could kick the cough out of those gauche, ghastly, fake-tanned Orange County skan_s any day. New Yorkers generally speak derisively of Angelenos, and with good reason. For the most part, they're pretty vulgar. For instance those dental veneers in "Hollywood White"... They're like, you know, totally not cool, or whatever, "Dude".
Just in case you were wondering what I really think...
