Price alone is not always the basis for people to make a decision about which airline to fly.

Africa and Europe Fares Update 04 February 2011
The following new sale fares have been released for sales 05 February to 22 February 2011from Australia to Africa and Australia to Europe:

  • Limited Duration Sale Fare Australia to Africa (O*BBZA)
  • Premium Economy super Saver Tactical Fares Australia to Africa (T*BB1Y)
  • Australia to UK / Europe Global Sale Return Excursion Fares (QF/BA) (O*PX1Y)
  • Australia to UK / Europe Premium Economy Sale Fares 8196 (QF) (TLEUAU/ T*FRAAU)



South West Pacific Fares Update 04 February 2011
Effective 05 February 2011 the following new sale fares have been released from Australia to South West Pacific:

  • Australia to New Caledonia Return Sale Fare to New Caledonia (OAUNCZ1)
  • Australia to New Zealand One Way Red e-Deal (OREDN1/ OITREDN1)

Is it just me or are the airfares on sale not that special?

I really cannot see anything that stands out. Perhaps the fares to Europe are OK but nothing special. Have I missed something?

The price of JET A1 might have something to do with it, bump up the fuel surcharge and drop the discount as well ;)
