Just got an email about a QF PE sale to desinations like Singapore and the USA for flights in May and June. I'm looking at Singapore anyway, but aren't the prices in that ball park anyway? Flying outside those times is only 180 bucks more. Hardly a sale.

I priced a SYD-LAX-SYD PE seat in June yesterday and it returned a fare of approx $5,130 for the dates I could travel

Just checked the same days and it is now $3,807

Not a HUGE saving, but a saving all the same

(just wish they would bring a Business sale out)

Hmmm.....obviously it's a better deal for US destinations.

$6,000 for dates I want one in July.

I think I'll wait a bit before booking :)
