i have tried to renew my membership. and i have followed all the instructions given to me from the FF community. and still no luck. i do not use PayPal, and have not renewed my membership with PayPal i have always used my visa card. could someone please help me renew my membership using my visa.
also,
i had booked business class seats for my wife and daughter in-law Sydney to Brisbane on the 14[SUP]th[/SUP] February, 2012 (mod- deleted) departing at 1405 and arriving in Brisbane at 1435 all using frequent flyer points. This flight had the appropriate business class booking points deducted from my account.
When my wife and daughter in-law arrived to board the plane the usual announcement was made in regard to, passengers in seats whatever to whatever can start boarding now including business class passengers.
Included in this announcement was a comment “this is a one class flight” or something to that effect. But the words “one class flight” were definitely used.
Although the seat allocation was 3A & 3C this plane did not have a Business class section and all the seats from the front of the plane to the back were exactly the same. The only thing that came close to what is offered in Business class, was a wet towel!!
i cannot get Qantas Customer Care to respond and i ask has anybody else had this experience
regards
