Fares out for CMB - DFW on EY F.

Bookable on Orbitz it seems.

Just have to get to/from CMB. Lifemiles anyone? :cool:

I said the next one of these to touch USA soil I was going to take.............but the repositioning cost AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRGGGHHHH

Ok Ekka week...50K QFF points and $300, CMB to DFW in business/first $972 and then DFW back to BNE either on AA points or Qantas points (48K and $383) - for 3 whole days in the USA and only 1 day of leave from work.........mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm LOL

Thinking about it and using it with this offer: BusinessConnectGateway

According to my calculations, could net in total (business connect account + EY guest Gold account): 174809 EY miles (without the US domestic flights)... That is ~ 1cpm!!

So I just booked CMB-AUH-CGD-DFW return for 1650$! A mix of F and J. I initially found the AUH-JFK in F...but waited too long and it disappeared. I just received the e-ticket from EY! Great!!!! Thanks for posting this!

Did you book OW or RT? I worked out about $1800 RT. However I don't think I can make the dates work which is a real shame.

Booked 3 return CMB-AUH-JFK-DFW-JFK-AUH-CMB... All EY guest accounts linked to my EY Businessconnect account.. Should haul in ~ 250,000 EY miles all together. Fingers crossed it all works well. Will have to ensure all boarding passes are safe at the end!

Cannot seem to find it on Orbitz... it prices it around the $9-$10k for December :-(

Was up for a while, not in on this but always interesting to see how it plays out. I've had my fare share of mistakes with airlines/hotels.

Had one priced but didn't pull the trigger. :(
Even got a followup email stating we saw you were going to book this.

Unfortunately the 330-day limit was just hitting me.


However given the length of the thread on FT suspect a lot of bookings,
albeit they were lucky that it was active mostly over the US night.
 
Can still see F fares on ITA @2355USD but no way to book them...tried kayak, priceline, Expedia, Orbitz :(
