Please note this is not an AFF event and I am not the organiser or host. It is an event to bring together Frequent Flyers of all forums for some festive fun. I am not affiliated with the organiser but am attending what will be a wonderful event to bring together Australia's Traveling Community*...errrrr....errrr I mean Frequent Flyers.
The Drinks and Dinner 2013 will be held on Saturday 21st December 2013:
Agenda
1730 - Hilton Meeting Room for Canapes and Drinks
2030 - The Meat and Wine Company Darling Harbour For Dinner
The event is STRICTLY limited to 40 people, deposits are now open at Try Booking.
There will be no "on the night payments", "cash" or "bank deposits" as it gets too crazy to account - sorry
The final cost will be I am hoping around $125 but could vary up to $130 or so. Awaiting conformation of Hilton Costs
A secondary event will also be held - starting at 11am, maybe 2 pick up points, The Hilton (def) at 1045 and SYD T3 DOM (pos) at 1115 to go to a secret location for a secret event which is very secret (until confirmed) - This is STRICTLY limited to 16 people, the details will be released 48 hours before the booking form is opened. There will be no refunds available and the cost will be around $22.00 - $26.00

Mixed Home-Made Bread Plate
A selection of freshly baked bread rolls, char-grilled garlic sour dough and bruschetta served with olive oil and African dukkah spiced butter
ENTREE
Portuguese Prawns
Char-grilled prawns, eschalots and creamy Portuguese sauce served with a cabbage, capsicum and brown rice pilaf
Beef Carpaccio
Seared rare sirloin, horseradish cream, shaved fresh beetroot and fresh herbs
Caramelised High Country Pork Belly
Pork strip belly caramelised with palm sugar and char-grilled. Served with a fresh snow pea and carrot salad, peanut oil and kaffir lime dressing. Finished with crispy crackling
Mediterranean Halloumi
Grilled halloumi with roasted zucchini and eggplant, fresh rocket, lemon oil and balsamic glaze
