I'm starting a thread to nominate AFF's favourite QF FAs.

I nominate:

Lauren, a blonde FA who is based in ADL and who I often see in Y on the ADL - SYD and vv flights. She always does a fantastic job and keeps on smiling.
CSM Peter Allan
CSM Philip (don't know surname), also based in ADL.

CSM Barrie, had him on two flights to/from TSV and remembered me. Even sent a commemorative badge and card along to my next flight (had a big day), that the CSM of that flight presented to me, which really made my day. This was in the first month or so after the Emirates partnership started. I sent in my feedback at the time. :)

Flying this weekend and expect Peter Collyns to be on my flight so anticipate service above and beyond. ;)

Great idea for a thread. I sent a note to Customer Care about the exceptional service my daughter and I got from Charlene on a flight from HBA to SYD last week.

The comments were well received.

I don't have a good memory for faces. I vaguely remember some of the crew from previous flights.

I have had some good service though and I probably should make a note of their name and send feedback.

Brilliant idea, the Good Lady and I have often sent letters of thanks to airlines, hotel staff, even retailers thanking them for a job well done.

Love this thread!

Three I can think of:

Carol who've I've had a few times on 767s that does the BNE-SYD-MEL flight. Went as far as giving a written compliment via the website. She clearly loves her job with a passion and it shows.

The entire J crew on a few Saturday SYD-ASP flights I've had (mainly the same crew). Charming and very personable. And they took care of me really well one flight I had where a migraine knocked me for one badly.

Also Guy from a few QLinks flights MEL-MQL. Perfect gentleman, remembers names and faces, quiet funny and the Welsh accent tops it off nicely!

The CSM and FAs on our flight from BNE-MEL on Tuesday this week; had a passenger collapse and lose consciousness. They were very organised and responsive to the problem and kept us up to date. Also to the 1st Officer for announcing that we needed to go back to the terminal.

Brickbat for the airport for not having a first aid responder ready to meet the plane when it got back.

Great idea Anna.

CSM Brett South and FA Danielle van der Wolf on the 'final' QF81/82 respectively (April '13). I have not received such brilliant service before or since.
Simply outstanding

The French Crew (2 youngish men) who were on A380 LHR - Sin in Y+ on 29th July 2012. So good I remember them 14 months later!

I'm able to identify the crew based on your flight details, so please send through your feedback/comments anyway. :)

Noted with the BNE airport manager for internal follow up.

The entire J Crew on QF093 - BNE-HKG 13/07/13 with a special mention for Patricia ( also speaks Spanish) This was the first time Mrs CM and I had had the chance to take our 17 year old twins abroad in J. Patricia made it a very memorable trip for our boys.

I remember having Patricia as well (HKG-BNE in this case) a few months ago. I remember because when the CSM came to greet me (also a lovely lady whose name I am blanking) we conversed a little bit in German after I noticed the German flag on her name tag. I remember seeing the Spanish flag on Patricia's badge and thinking that it's a pity I don't know more then "Dos cervezas, por favor" in Spanish and making it two from two that night!

I was having the same problem, the CSM was also excellent !

FA on QF730 this morning was wonderful. Anticipated my every wish. Passing up my jacket, before I could even ask for it to be put in the overhead it was gone. Stupidly didn't get her name. But I'd guess the one who is in the front with the CSM.

That would be the F/A on Door 1 R
