Another 'wow' OWA question. I changed my OWA booking Feb 25 and it was ticketed (still is according to RJ - ahh farewell CMT - I knew you so well.....) But I have just downloaded my Tax Invoice and it still shows the old itinerary. Is this just good old QANTAS inefficiency or reason to panic?

I find that when I wait a few hours - say 6 and call and say.... " I am deeply concerned because delaying the ticketing can mean the tickets drop off the other airlines, as you know...." works quite well....

Saturday night's allright for fighting.....

All sorted. Ringing on a Saturday night seemed to mean they could contact ticketing faster as things were quieter than otherwise may have happened. Who knows. Anyway - ticketed and in CMT. Thanks for the push, Mr. H

Well! I got it almost immediately. How come it was so easy and why wouldn't I have received it? Well - apparently it was easy for the operator to get through to the ticketing dept.. Not so busy right now (9.30pm on a Sat night). Could be a clue! 😳. Hasnt updated in CMT yet which always...

I would say that the update didn’t work at the time. Just guessing. I updated an itinerary today and it took ages or it to register the refund on the system. To her credit my agent stayed the course.
