Not passing the buck, I'm seriously dark on myself for not shifting all the points I'm also just frustrated that on an ANONYMOUS forum where we all help each other that people actively decided not to share their insight and could have potentially gained millions of points for fellow ausFF...

The second someone had their points removed someone should have posted, what was there to lose? Oh apart from countless others on this site safeguarding theirs. I was overseas and wasn't checking my account every other day as I usually do at home. A heads up wouldn't have gone astray.

I wonder if there is any benefit in voluntarily cancelling the account before the "scheduled" date, so it isn't a bank-initiated cancellation. Waiting a month then re-opening a new account?
