Same issue. Membership year is May. Comfortably retained PC+. All was fine and got the email saying I’d retained etc, but now (mid July) my app is showing PC only. Have emailed frequent flyer so we’ll see what happens. They are really butchering their IT.

Had exactly the same experience. SIN-DOH-MAD in May. SIN-DOH SCs credited almost immediately, but chased via phone/email for DOH-MAD and sent boarding pass in. Got the email from QF just now (6 weeks later) saying claim rejected as “SCs already credited to QF or other frequent flyer program” -...

Not specifically answering your question - but I’d assume your boarding pass would only show you as Oneworld emerald, so unless you told the lounge about P1 they wouldn’t otherwise know?

Similar situation... flights booked via QR for this Oct disappeared about a week back. Also I flew QR SIN-DOH-MAD a couple of weeks back. The SIN-DOH leg credited to QFF no problem, but had to submit a manual claim for the DOH-MAD. All on same ticket number with QFF attached to it... not had...

Similar (but different) issue for me tonight. I transferred points from QBR to my own account and my “progress to PC+” went DOWN by 20k points… I’d already capped out on the 20k you can count towards PC+ in a membership year, so this transaction shouldn’t have affected the PC tally at all…...

So yes I wasn’t subscribed to the frequent flyer offers email… thanks for letting me know @RichardMEL

Didn’t receive a P1 comp email yesterday (TAS based). A chap at the lounge mentioned he’d received one. No taytay, no comp… not feeling the love at the moment!
