Yes, there should be a transfer desk in KLIA1. I haven't been through KLIA since COVID but I recall a transfer desk in the middle part of the satellite terminal (which is where your FIL should be in since he's in the PP lounge) for the different airlines. Was the original ticket issued by MH or TK?

Nice to know TR17 is consistently late. Last night's departure from PER (Jan 27) was 3.5 hours late! I'm finding it quite entertaining to follow this flight's late departures. 😅

Last night's TR17 left 6 hours late! The inbound was late by 4 hours though. I think this flight must hold the record for worst OTP. It's close to 0%! 😂

Why is TR17 (PER-SIN) almost always late? I was looking at flight reliability stats and this flight's on-time performance is about 2% with an average delay of 70 minutes! 😂

The extra guest fee varies. I've sern guest fees be as much as USD52!!

I've never used the food outlets but am planning to soon. It says there is a food credit of $36 per person. If you go past that, the card will be charged an extra $36 for a total of $72.
