    Brunch yesterday MEL-SYD. Had the vege tart(other option was the ubitiqous Cajun sandwich). Really tasty, smashed down a couple of sparkling wines. Short sharp shiny usual Virgin-standards service.

    Flew QF J (usually a VA J customer) for the first time Sunday BNE-ADL. Impressions(compared to VA): superior hard product to VA, but that's where it ended. Catering seemed roughly equivalent to the VA offering; however no PDB, and no drink/etc offerings after meal service, I found underwhelming.

    Booking still exists, albeit with Change/Cancel greyed out(the original reason why I had to ring to cancel instead of doing it online) ...well that's great... Disappointing how my experiences cancelling with JQ/VA have been so much better over the years

    Day of week Wednesday Time of call 1815ACDT Number used 131313 Status Bronze Hold time 2 hours 45 Call Centre (if known) no idea Matter resolved I think Details MMB not allowing me to cancel flights; so had to ring to get booking cancelled. No idea how PayPal refunds work with QF...
