Qantas are limiting International First and Business lounge entries for paid and complimentary invitations from 3rd Dec'24 to 15th Jan'25. Advice from VIP team, once daily number of entries is met, lounge can turn away visitors. The earlier you arrive in the day the better chance for entry...

Travel each year for a few months to the US. Credit card widely accepted. Carry small cash denominations for tipping obtained before leaving Australia as ATM's do not issue $1 notes. Visited a pumpkin farm before halloween which only took cash so there is the odd exception.

Change is for International flights. Yep, multi course being served at the same time. May be good for evening flights where supper is provided. Unsure the change for day time flights will appeal to me. I like the current service. Interested to see what difference the change brings.

Rumoured "J" will go to a single tray service rather than current course by course. Idea is to speed up meal service time.
