Service yesterday afternoon MEL-OOL was from 1A (me) then around in the usual pattern. It was the "Dirty Cajun Chicken Rice" or the "Cauli Poke Bowl" - went for the poke bowl and it was fresh and tasty. A G&T and a couple of reds made for a pleasant flight.

Depends if you are flying direct MEL-NAN and what time the flight is to line up with The House opening hours. Alternative is the American Express lounge (if you have access) which is reopening. Coming back, no, nothing at NAN for VA.

Dinner service on VA867 last night MEL-SYD, 1700 departure. PDB offered. Choice of mains were the chicken tagine or the three cheese tortellini. I went the tagine and it was really tasty. Glass of Pinot and then the Shiraz to wash it all down. Not bad for a upgrade on the original choice fare...
