I don’t understand that either, when our Qantas flight was cancelled we got put on another flight at no cost, and that did not involve a change of class.

Rex has good deals ADL to MEL. Your experience does put me off booking with them, at least with Jetstar cancellations, they put you on Qantas.

I would not accept a down grade. I would change my insurance and fly the day before. Does this Jetstar flight have a business class? I flew to Tokyo on Jetstar business class and it was slightly better than Qantas Economy.

I think it’s an issue when staff look like passengers.

These photos bring me back to the days when I followed covid isolation hotel food.

At Adelaide Airport last week, an entitled man decided he didn’t need to join the end of the queue and joined at the bend. Totally ignored the staff telling him where the queue was. Karma hit him later on the plane, when he was in the row in front of a coughing, noisy toddler.

We got cancelled from Jetstar and put onto Qantas. Due to the change I couldn’t actually use the Qantas app to check in. We were forced to check in at the airport, and to our surprise we were put in an exit row. Not bad for a $52 flight. So maybe checking in early is not always the best plan.

They have different sales all the time. Their sale now is not as good as the one last week.

How much is the yearly fee? I have the Discovery Card, but was not given this offer.

Is it wrong that I miss plane food?

I booked a few of these $24 flights, now fingers crossed they don’t get cancelled or moved four hours later.
